I definitely have more respect for You & other prof singers after I heard my voice played bk on a recorder, YIKES! what was I thinkin?! 1) I can learn to be an extra good listener or 2) stage "Gatorade Girlie" for the "Hicks Circus", or maybe I could be "Wierd Cathy" song re-writer  (Wierd Al), of course none of this experience was gained thru my "extensive" educational background ;) This was a good take of Hynde's version, bet she thinks it's "kewl"!!!

I think it's cool how Taylor always finds music that means something to his audience, no matter where he is playing.

Toys For Tots: gave to a local realtor that was handling Toys For Tots in my town. Interesting to note the "Blue Angels" cargo plane, certainly felt a little blue this past holiday. Tots is a good cause hope it continues for future Christmas' to come.

I wonder what Chrissie Hynde thinks of yer take on this eternally cool song. Suits your voice perfectly. How do you figure which songs are going to work fer you, is it the key? Gotta know the answers to these questions! My memory of this song takes me back to my early, early days of employment as "Head Popper"(family joke) at the town movie theater/venue, this song was playing in the background. The popcorn would go all over the place but we made our best sales of course cause we popped the corn fresh before the movies started. As anybody knows fresh popcorn is irresistable.
